Tage Backlund recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 3rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Albano Eladio hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. Arkadiusz Traczewski might have been able to make a better finish in the 10th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Rony Zanette. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Arkadiusz Traczewski ran back to his position shaking his head. A collision led to Mitschullen SSA getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Hieronim Sobania hit a great ball. In the 15th minute, Guto Tasso hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 20 minutes into the game, Xiboquinha FC's Tage Backlund nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Damazy Popowicz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. 23 minutes into the match, Mitschullen SSA's goal looked a bit too open when Gilson Madureira came free, but Damazy Popowicz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Damazy Popowicz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tage Backlund, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 30th minute the ball was on its way in behind Xiboquinha FC's goalkeeper Rony Zanette, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 34 minutes into the game, Arkadiusz Traczewski lined in a short shot 1-2 behind a frustrated Rony Zanette. The crowd rose to their feet as Mitschullen SSA's Haluk Özdil slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Rony Zanette. That made the score 2-2 after 37 minutes of play. In the 41st minute Tage Backlund shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Damazy Popowicz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jurand Pozorski hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. After 44 played minutes, Xiboquinha FC's Tiberiu Jienescu shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Damazy Popowicz came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Xiboquinha FC reached it. Damazy Popowicz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Manoel Couto in the 45th minute of play. Disappointed in the 2-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Tage Backlund stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Rony Zanette showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arkadiusz Traczewski in the 52nd minute of the match. Tage Backlund sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 64 minutes, Arkadiusz Traczewski managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mitschullen SSA's supporters crossed their fingers, but Arkadiusz Traczewski was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 67th minute, Bartlomiej Kisielka ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Rony Zanette was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-3. 72 minutes into the match, Mitschullen SSA's goalkeeper Damazy Popowicz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tage Backlund. After 73 minutes Mitschullen SSA's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Tiberiu Jienescu who took care of the corner kick. Damazy Popowicz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tage Backlund, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Guto Tasso made in the 78th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Mitschullen SSA's Enzo Cruz. Rony Zanette showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arkadiusz Traczewski in the 79th minute of the match. Damazy Popowicz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tage Backlund in the 82nd minute. The supporters of Mitschullen SSA booed when Xiboquinha FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Guto Tasso didn't get a good kick on the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Xiboquinha FC's Tage Backlund slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Damazy Popowicz. That made the score 3-4 after 91 minutes of play. If Guto Tasso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Xiboquinha FC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
