The audience was convinced that Hristo Stoiberg's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Romeu Borges was relentless in the 16th minute of the game. Remy Sanderson received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Hristo Stoiberg in the 34th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Romeu Borges saved Barra EC from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sun Sang Bin in the 45th minute of play forced Barra EC's goalkeeper Romeu Borges to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Arturo Lopez made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ismael Paraense in the 47th minute. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Sun Sang Bin was the one to do the kick off. With an all-out effort, Gคгςђ๏Ŧค's Romeu Borges threw himself towards the right post 52 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Sun Sang Bin, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. A hard shot 54 in the game by Sun Sang Bin from a close distance when the talented Romeu Borges managed to make a qualified save. Barra EC's players were relieved. Fermin Baladi's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Romeu Borges firmly grabbed it by the left post. Elia Sorrentino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Romeu Borges having to interfere. In the 69th minute Ismael Paraense shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arturo Lopez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Romeu Borges made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sun Sang Bin in the 71st minute of play. Haritzeder Folgueras's late challenge caught a Barra EC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Haritzeder Folgueras helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Gคгςђ๏Ŧค's Haritzeder Folgueras got a free kick in the 74th minute. Hristo Stoiberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Arturo Lopez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dênis Fantini in the 80th minute of the match. 81 minutes into the match, Barra EC's goalkeeper Romeu Borges had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Elia Sorrentino. Arturo Lopez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pedro Luiz Souto, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. Gคгςђ๏Ŧค's Arturo Lopez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Válter Lopes in the 86th minute of play. Tiburcio Acevedo kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Barra EC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Gคгςђ๏Ŧค had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
