Astreix&ObelixSoccer's Martyon Diehl played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Petros Mousa in the 28th minute of play. 30 minutes into the match, Astreix&ObelixSoccer's goal looked a bit too open when Boni Yarman came free, but Martyon Diehl reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Petros Mousa stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Astreix&ObelixSoccer booed when INDEPENDIENTE FUTBOL CLUB was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position.
