No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Tadeo Ederono was the one to do the kick off. Romeu Borges took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aristide Iureș, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Barra EC were furious when Cristian Paranaense was red carded, 65 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In a very dangerous position, a player in Barra EC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 65th minute. Penalty! For all the effort they put into the match, the Barra EC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Paunero.
