Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Andaç Kaan in the 12th minute of play. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 14th minute of the match, managed to save Venezuela from getting a goal against them. Aykan İskenderoğlu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Patricio Costa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Özgür Zeki during the 39th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. 38 minutes into the game, one of DEMİREL.FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Jose Correa hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. 47 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Aykan İskenderoğlu came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Tomas Illescas to make the kick off. Jonathan Ferrant was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. A throw-in in the 62nd minute of the game was made by Atalan Yay with Süleyman Reis as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aykan İskenderoğlu, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. When the match had gone on for 70 minutes, Aykan İskenderoğlu put it in 4-2 from a short distance just to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for DEMİREL.FC. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Aykan İskenderoğlu in the 91st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jonathan Ferrant saved Venezuela from getting behind. After some fancy dribbling in the 93rd minute, Aykan İskenderoğlu managed to get in a good position for a shot. DEMİREL.FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Aykan İskenderoğlu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jonathan Ferrant breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. DEMİREL.FC's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
