Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Fragiskos Skrekis took the kick off in the first half of the match. Felix Montenegro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 2nd minute of the match, but Kleanthis Koumentakis made a huge save. A nice corner shot did that Daniel Zorita got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Kleanthis Koumentakis quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. If Daniel Zorita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Savas Iosifakis in the 9th minute of play. After 12 minutes Panthiseiakos's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Daniel Zorita who took care of the corner kick. The corner led Ecuador's Daniel Zorita to fire away a dangerous shot which Kleanthis Koumentakis despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Kleanthis Koumentakis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristian Sancho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 14 minutes into the game, Ecuador's Cristian Sancho nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Kleanthis Koumentakis made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. In the 23rd minute, Juan Sebastián Puig hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 24 played minutes, Panthiseiakos's Leonardo Pernambucano shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Julio Vera came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Panthiseiakos reached it. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cristian Sancho got free with Kleanthis Koumentakis in the 27th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 29 minutes in the game, Daniel Zorita fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Kleanthis Koumentakis having to interfere. Kleanthis Koumentakis made a fantastic save in the 31st minute, when Daniel Zorita sent off a good shot on target. Thanks to some nice moves Daniel Zorita could shoot a difficult shot in the 34th minute, which Kleanthis Koumentakis however easily saved by the left post. Daniel Zorita's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 37thth minute, Kleanthis Koumentakis skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. The supporters of Panthiseiakos booed when Ecuador was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Antonio Arias didn't get a good kick on the ball. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Daniel Zorita made the kick off in the second half. Kleanthis Koumentakis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristian Sancho in the 53rd minute of the match. The supporters of Ecuador booed when Panthiseiakos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Wlodzimierz Smolarek didn't get a good kick on the ball. Daniel Zorita scored 2-0 in the 55th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Kleanthis Koumentakis, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Kleanthis Koumentakis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Zorita in the 62nd minute of the match. After 64 minutes Panthiseiakos's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Daniel Zorita who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Daniel Zorita almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Panthiseiakos's Kleanthis Koumentakis did a great save. In the 69th minute Ecuador were awarded a corner. Daniel Zorita went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led Ecuador's Agustín Saelices to fire away a dangerous shot which Kleanthis Koumentakis despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. If Savas Iosifakis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cristian Sancho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Savas Iosifakis charged in rather forcefully in the 78th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Savas Iosifakis the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 78 played minutes Panthiseiakos got a freekick which was hit by Savas Iosifakis. Julius Delcroix could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 80th minute of the match, but Julio Vera made a huge save. Julio Vera made a fantastic save in the 81st minute, when Julius Delcroix sent off a good shot on target. In the 83rd minute, Cristian Sancho hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Kleanthis Koumentakis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Agustín Saelices in the 85th minute of play. Agustín Saelices sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 91st minute, Leonardo Pernambucano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Wlodzimierz Smolarek's late challenge caught a Ecuador's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Wlodzimierz Smolarek helped the player get up and apologised.
