Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Axel Tasis took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 18th match minute, Costa Rica was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Juan Rubio to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 23 minutes, Stu Dyson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Oddspredator.net's supporters crossed their fingers, but Stu Dyson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of Oddspredator.net booed when Costa Rica was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alan Moruga didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, Costa Rica's Benito Sanz got control of the ball when Leo Ackland tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 31st minute of the game Juan Rubio made a throw-in which Lautaro Puig played forward. Costa Rica's Axel Tasis got a good chance for a goal in the 33rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 36 played minutes Costa Rica got a freekick which was hit by Abel Carballo. 37 minutes into the match, Oddspredator.net's Austen Rush sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Benito Sanz narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Costa Rica's Benito Sanz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 39th minute of the match, managed to save Costa Rica from getting a goal against them. Ashley Crichton received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Benito Sanz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Leo Ackland recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Christian Keyworth's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Benito Sanz firmly grabbed it by the left post. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Stu Dyson was the one to do the kick off. If Stu Dyson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 53rd minute, Leo Ackland got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 57 played minutes Costa Rica got a freekick which was hit by Efrain Moruga. 66 minutes into the match, Leo Ackland had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Benito Sanz. Costa Rica's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Leo Ackland was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Benito Sanz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leo Ackland, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. Costa Rica's Benito Sanz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leo Ackland in the 69th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 72nd minute, Stu Dyson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Oddspredator.net's supporters rose to their feet, but Stu Dyson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Benito Sanz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Ashley Crichton fell near the penalty area in the 72nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Oddspredator.net's protests and gave Ashley Crichton a yellow card for diving instead. In the 72nd minute, Ashley Crichton hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Axel Tasis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Damion Holt took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Axel Tasis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 86th match minute, Costa Rica was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Efrain Moruga to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Costa Rica's zone, Stu Dyson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Benito Sanz came out of the goal and Stu Dyson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The throw-in from Efrain Moruga in the 91st minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Oddspredator.net's Ashley Crichton.
