After 40 minutes of play, Juliszew SSA's Lucjan Szkarpiak made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Rolando Noboa was left in no man's land by his defense there! Zhuo Xuan Yu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Julian Murillo, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-1 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Lucjan Szkarpiak to strike the kick off in the second half. Juliszew SSA's Wilhelm Salamonsen was substituted for Cecilio Fanuco. Teobaldo Bayo made in the 67th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Peru's Alonso Berganza. Rolando Noboa didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Oto Mur went, in the 69th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-1 was the resulting score. Peru's attentive Alonso Berganza managed to snatch the ball when Teobaldo Bayo made a throw-in in the 77th minute of the game. When the match had gone on for 80 minutes, Eliseo Mina took a quick shot and it went in 5-2 without a chance for Zhuo Xuan Yu to make any attempt to save it. Oto Mur's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Rolando Noboa read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 84th minute of play. 85 minutes into the match, Oto Mur had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Rolando Noboa. Peru's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Oto Mur was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-2. Rolando Noboa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Oto Mur in the 89th minute of play. Rolando Noboa stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Oto Mur's shot from short distance in the 91st minute. Peru's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Juliszew SSA had won, even though Peru had held more of the ball.
