In the 82ndth minute of the game Uwe-Jens Röttger who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 87th minute the ball was on its way in behind Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 92 played minutes 1.FC Aufbau-Einsturz got a freekick which was hit by Charles Gadd. 1.FC Aufbau-Einsturz's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
