The referee ignored Étoile Sportive Du Sahel's protests and gave Tomasz Jakubowski a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Étoile Sportive Du Sahel's Tomasz Jakubowski got a free kick in the 10th minute. In the 13thth minute of the game Tomas Illescas who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Étoile Sportive Du Sahel's Eric Soned was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 18thth minute of the game Nickolai Nickerson who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 24 played minutes Étoile Sportive Du Sahel got a freekick which was hit by Rei Bolas. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jim Njurenius sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Étoile Sportive Du Sahel's Valentin Elg was substituted for Radu Fetea. In the 66thth minute of the game Nickolai Nickerson who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Étoile Sportive Du Sahel were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Venezuela for a fine match.
