Venezuela's Tomas Illescas got a good chance for a goal in the 5th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a little luck, Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant got control of the ball when Herbert Zurawski tried to sneak it across the goal line. A collision led to Venezuela getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Jose Correa hit a great ball. Beniamin Jakubiak sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 15th minute the ball was on its way in behind KKP Spasione Kocury's goalkeeper Lech Rosen, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Boleslaw Polakowski scored 1-0 in the 18th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jonathan Ferrant, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 24th match minute, KKP Spasione Kocury was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Grzegorz Fabiszak to maneuver through the defense. Tomas Illescas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Boleslaw Polakowski had several of the Venezuela's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 30 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 2-0 score and a disappointed Jonathan Ferrant as he didn't even see the shot coming. Juliusz Makomaski made in the 34th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Grzegorz Fabiszak. The audience thought a goal was coming when Herbert Zurawski got free with Jonathan Ferrant in the 36th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Patricio Costa came up free with the goalie in the 37th minute, the Venezuela fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Patricio Costa couldn't finish the play. Venezuela's Tomas Illescas got a good chance for a goal in the 40th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 42 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Boleslaw Polakowski came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 44 minutes, Tomas Illescas made it 2-1 with a short kick to the right side. KKP Spasione Kocury's Lech Rosen tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Boleslaw Polakowski to strike the kick off in the second half. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal in the 55th minute to try and stop a shot by KKP Spasione Kocury's Boleslaw Polakowski. But to his dismay, Boleslaw Polakowski quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Beniamin Jakubiak, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jose Correa kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. Juliusz Makomaski's late challenge caught a Venezuela's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Juliusz Makomaski helped the player get up and apologised. In the 70th minute, Juliusz Makomaski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Grzegorz Fabiszak hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. 78 minutes into the match, Venezuela's Tomas Illescas sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Lech Rosen narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After some careless play in the Venezuela defense, Herbert Zurawski kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. The Venezuela fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jonathan Ferrant should have stopped the shot. Boleslaw Polakowski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee felt a red card was in order, 90 minutes into the game, when Przemyslaw Basaik put in a rough tackle. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 89th minute of the game. One of KKP Spasione Kocury:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Venezuela:s goal. Grzegorz Fabiszak kicked well hit freekick during the 98th minute of the match. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The KKP Spasione Kocury fans cheered their team off the field, for while Venezuela had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
