Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Bulut İrgun got the match started through his kick off. Mehmet Ali Tongal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Primitivo Escribano in the 2nd minute of play. In the 7th minute, Paraguay's Iker Tafalla seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Iker Tafalla the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Paraguay protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Iker Tafalla had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. After 7 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Paraguay! Primitivo Escribano kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bulut İrgun in the 17th minute of play forced Paraguay's goalkeeper Jacobo Nores to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bulut İrgun could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 37th minute of the match, but Jacobo Nores made a huge save. After 40 played minutes BEŞİKTAŞK got a freekick which was hit by Asaf Mete. Hector Covarrubias received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Mehmet Ali Tongal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

53 minutes had been played when some careless play by BEŞİKTAŞK's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Jaime Pardo was slow to take the kick. During this time Paraguay's players had a chance to rest. After a rather tough play, Paraguay's Alan Campos got a free kick in the 57th minute. Jacobo Nores showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bulut İrgun in the 61st minute of the match. In the 65th minute Alkan İldeniz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jacobo Nores saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 70th minute, Alkan İldeniz made a precise shot to the right of Jacobo Nores. Paraguay's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. Alkan İldeniz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jacobo Nores having to interfere. Jacobo Nores took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bulut İrgun, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Asrın Yaygır had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bulut İrgun blasted a shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jacobo Nores having to make a save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bulut İrgun in the 88th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jacobo Nores saved Paraguay from getting behind. After 91 minutes, Jaime Pardo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Paraguay and the BEŞİKTAŞK players grew even worse after the yellow card. Dinç Türk's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jacobo Nores read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 91st minute of play. Paraguay's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because BEŞİKTAŞK had won, even though Paraguay had held more of the ball.
