Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Joel Gaona made the kick off which started today's match. Joel Gaona's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Alexandros Ismael read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 3rd minute of play. Dante Lacasa made a fantastic save in the 7th minute, when Jacinto Galeno sent off a good shot on target. Alexandros Ismael showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alberto Tafalla, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. A collision led to Águilas Poblanas getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Ciro Matai hit a great ball. Alexandros Ismael made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joel Gaona in the 12th minute of play. Alberto Tafalla scored 0-1 in the 15th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Alexandros Ismael, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 17th minute Lautaro Mancebo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alexandros Ismael saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jacinto Galeno got free with Dante Lacasa in the 18th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 21st minute, Jacinto Galeno ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Dante Lacasa was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Alberto Tafalla received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Alexandros Ismael tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Águilas Poblanas's Alexandros Ismael played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joel Gaona in the 39th minute of play. Dante Lacasa made a fantastic save in the 43rd minute, when Niklas Pedersson sent off a good shot on target. After 46 minutes, Cristian Papo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Águilas Poblanas and the Mexico players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 46 played minutes Águilas Poblanas got a freekick which was hit by Cristian Papo. Joel Gaona took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 47th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Alexandros Ismael. Águilas Poblanas's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line.

In the 51st minute, Jacinto Galeno ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Dante Lacasa was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. After having played for 54 minutes, Alberto Tafalla managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mexico's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alberto Tafalla was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a little luck, Águilas Poblanas's Alexandros Ismael got control of the ball when Lautaro Mancebo tried to sneak it across the goal line. Águilas Poblanas's Amedeo Vitucci was substituted for Virgilio Txindoki. Águilas Poblanas made a substitution. Klement Malik replaced Ciro Matai. Eusebio Beltran might have been able to make a better finish in the 66th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Dante Lacasa. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Eusebio Beltran ran back to his position shaking his head. After 67 played minutes Águilas Poblanas got a freekick which was hit by Eusebio Beltran. Alexandros Ismael took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joel Gaona, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dante Lacasa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eusebio Beltran, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. 76 minutes into the match, Águilas Poblanas's goal looked a bit too open when Alberto Tafalla came free, but Alexandros Ismael reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mexico were awarded a corner in the 77th minute after Águilas Poblanas's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Joel Gaona took the corner. The corner first didn't look so dangerous but when Alberto Tafalla got the ball he succeeded in some way to get through the defenders to deliver a very hard score. Result 2-4. 77 minutes into the match. Alexandros Ismael came out of the goal in the 82nd minute to try and stop a shot by Mexico's Alberto Tafalla. But to his dismay, Alberto Tafalla quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-5. In the 93rd minute Eusebio Beltran shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dante Lacasa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 94th minute, Amedeo Vitucci made a precise shot to the right of Dante Lacasa. Mexico's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-7. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Mexico had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
