The audience thought a goal was coming when Henry Roos got free with Rolando Noboa in the 37th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 40 minutes into the match, Julian Murillo notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Orxata I Fartons's Janich Sodborg. Janich Sodborg was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 43 minutes into the match, Peru's goalkeeper Rolando Noboa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Henry Roos.
