Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) A sloppy throw-in by Edmund Mroczynski in the 3rd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Venezuela's Tomas Illescas. After 5 minutes, Jonathan Venegas mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Venezuela and the Odpalony players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Jonathan Venegas got a free kick in the 5th minute. After 7 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Odpalony! Tomas Illescas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ryszard Blicharz having to interfere. Ryszard Blicharz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Patricio Costa in the 15th minute of the match. Jose Correa hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. Ricardo Centurión received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Jonathan Ferrant tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 23 minutes into the match, Odpalony's goal looked a bit too open when Tomas Illescas came free, but Ryszard Blicharz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 24 minutes into the game, Jose Correa was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Venezuela's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Odpalony the free kick. After 24 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Jose Correa. After a rather tough play, Odpalony's Edmund Mroczynski got a free kick in the 26th minute. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from George Nyström, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. Jonathan Venegas kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. When Jose Correa was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 38 minutes had been played. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.
The Odpalony fans' excitement grew in the 54th match minute when Odpalony's Leszek Gollob looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leszek Gollob, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 60 minutes into the match, Zacarias Aritza notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Edmund Mroczynski hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. Jonathan Ferrant didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Leszek Gollob went, in the 70th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leszek Gollob in the 74th minute of play. Venezuela's Salvador Gisbert quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Edmund Mroczynski, made in the 77th minute of the game. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Tomas Illescas got a free kick in the 79th minute. 80 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Zacarias Aritza came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
