Spectators: 42 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Victor Huștiu made the kick off and thus started the match. After a defensive mix-up in ASF BAIA MARE -MM-'s zone, Daniel Zorita stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rosendo Seguinus came out of the goal and Daniel Zorita tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Aron Zgrăbunţa during the 5th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Aron Zgrăbunţa kicked well hit freekick during the 5th minute of the match. Cristian Sancho blasted a shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Rosendo Seguinus having to make a save. Victor Huștiu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 11th minute of the match, but Julio Vera made a huge save. Rosendo Seguinus showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Zorita in the 12th minute of the match. 19 minutes into the match, Ecuador's Luis Andino sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Rosendo Seguinus narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Daniel Zorita fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rosendo Seguinus having to interfere. Cristian Sancho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 33 minutes into the match, Aron Zgrăbunţa notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Ecuador's Julio Vera. Julio Vera was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Rosendo Seguinus came out of the goal in the 38th minute to try and stop a shot by Ecuador's Daniel Zorita. But to his dismay, Daniel Zorita quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Daniel Zorita hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. When the match clock showed 47 minutes, the score became 2-2 when Victor Huștiu sped through Ecuador's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Julio Vera. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Daniel Zorita was the one to do the kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Eduard Semeghin came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When ASF BAIA MARE -MM-'s Eduard Semeghin in the 55th minute got a chance for a shot 55th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Ecuador's goalie prevented a goal. The ASF BAIA MARE -MM- fans' excitement grew in the 55th match minute when ASF BAIA MARE -MM-'s Eduard Semeghin looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Rosendo Seguinus made a fantastic save in the 60th minute, when Daniel Zorita sent off a good shot on target. 62 minutes into the match, ASF BAIA MARE -MM-'s goalkeeper Rosendo Seguinus had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cristian Sancho. Rosendo Seguinus made an important save on a dangerous shot by Luis Andino in the 66th minute. When Cristian Sancho came up free with the goalie in the 68th minute, the Ecuador fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cristian Sancho couldn't finish the play. With a little luck, ASF BAIA MARE -MM-'s Rosendo Seguinus got control of the ball when Daniel Zorita tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ciprian Sângeorzan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Julio Vera having to interfere. Rosendo Seguinus was out of position in the 95 minute of play, and Agustín Saelices capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Agustín Saelices really showed his touch with that goal: 3-3. Ecuador were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
