Marcin Pochorylo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 10th minute, Julian Murillo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Peru's supporters rose to their feet, but Julian Murillo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ingmar Karuauk breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Kalmer Noorsalu's late challenge caught a Peru's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Kalmer Noorsalu helped the player get up and apologised. After 13 played minutes Nisu Unn got a freekick which was hit by Kalmer Noorsalu. Ingmar Karuauk showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Milagros Fraga in the 14th minute of the match. Nisu Unn's Ingmar Karuauk played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Julian Murillo in the 18th minute of play. Eliseo Mina fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ingmar Karuauk having to interfere. With a little luck, Peru's Rolando Noboa got control of the ball when Maido Kallis tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ingmar Karuauk showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Julian Murillo, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. 28 minutes into the game, Ardo Teras recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Rolando Noboa. Ardo Teras showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Julian Murillo struck a weak shot in the 31st minute. Ingmar Karuauk didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Peru. In the 44th match minute, Nisu Unn was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Priidik Maamägi to maneuver through the defense.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Maido Kallis made a kick off. A sloppy throw-in by Kalmer Noorsalu in the 52nd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Peru's Alonso Berganza. It was a well-played corner which Antonio Tenorio managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. 94 minutes into the match, Peru's goal looked a bit too open when Alo Nigol came free, but Rolando Noboa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 95th minute Rafael Gallo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ingmar Karuauk saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Nisu Unn support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
