Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Francisco Seco started the match with the kick off. Uruguay's Arturo Carvallo quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Jarno Van Dyck, made in the 3rd minute of the game. The corner led Ad Fundum's Manfred Bruse to fire away a dangerous shot which Joaquin Gayoso despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Kamiel Ingelborgh showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Francisco Seco in the 11th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alexandre Van Beneden in the 13th minute of play forced Uruguay's goalkeeper Joaquin Gayoso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The throw-in from Jarno Van Dyck in the 17th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Uruguay's Alberto Gisbert. 18 minutes into the match, Ad Fundum's goal looked a bit too open when Alberto Gisbert came free, but Kamiel Ingelborgh reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Ad Fundum getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Jordi Paschiers hit a great ball. The Ad Fundum fans' excitement grew in the 22nd match minute when Ad Fundum's Tran Vrolijcx looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tran Vrolijcx in the 28th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Joaquin Gayoso saved Uruguay from getting behind. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tran Vrolijcx got free with Joaquin Gayoso in the 30th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 31st minute Tran Vrolijcx shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joaquin Gayoso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Uruguay booed when Ad Fundum was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alexandre Van Beneden didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 35th match minute, Uruguay was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bruno Beldad to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Uruguay booed when Ad Fundum was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jordi Paschiers didn't get a good kick on the ball. Joaquin Gayoso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tran Vrolijcx, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Kamiel Ingelborgh showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Maximiliano Escribano in the 44th minute of the match. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Tran Vrolijcx made a kick off. After 51 played minutes Uruguay got a freekick which was hit by Alberto Gisbert. In the 53rdth minute of the game Tran Vrolijcx who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Uruguay's Joaquin Gayoso was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After some careless play in the Uruguay defense, Jordi Paschiers kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Joaquin Gayoso. The Uruguay fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Joaquin Gayoso should have stopped the shot. After 58 minutes, Tran Vrolijcx made it 3-0 with a short kick to the right side. Uruguay's Joaquin Gayoso tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Bruno Beldad kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. Ad Fundum's Manfred Bruse got a good chance for a goal in the 65th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 69th minute, Tran Vrolijcx ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Joaquin Gayoso was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. After 71 minutes, Tran Vrolijcx made it 5-0 with a short kick to the right side. Uruguay's Joaquin Gayoso tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 74thth minute of the game Tran Vrolijcx who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Uruguay's Joaquin Gayoso was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Joaquin Gayoso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tran Vrolijcx in the 78th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tran Vrolijcx in the 82nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Joaquin Gayoso prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Joaquin Gayoso came out of the goal in the 87th minute to try and stop a shot by Ad Fundum's Jordi Paschiers. But to his dismay, Jordi Paschiers quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomás Baldaia in the 90th minute of play forced Uruguay's goalkeeper Joaquin Gayoso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pierre-Paul Van Dijck kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. When the referee blew the final whistle, Ad Fundum could leave the field as winners, despite Uruguay having more of the ball for most of the match.
