Fryderyk Motowski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonathan Ferrant having to interfere. Tomas Illescas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Jonathan Ferrant didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Fryderyk Motowski went, in the 11th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jose Correa during the 16th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Jose Correa kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. Fryderyk Motowskis short, quick shot in the 21stth minute got Jonathan Ferrant to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Tomas Illescas hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. Fryderyk Motowski could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 23rd minute of the match, but Jonathan Ferrant made a huge save. Patricio Costa hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Fryderyk Motowski got free with Jonathan Ferrant in the 26th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Fryderyk Motowski in the 30th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jonathan Ferrant prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Fryderyk Motowski recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 34th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Fryderyk Motowski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The supporters of Venezuela booed when FC Kraków1983 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Wlodzimierz Januszewski didn't get a good kick on the ball.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Fryderyk Motowski to strike the kick off in the second half. Radomil Mentis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 54th minute. Fryderyk Motowski blasted a shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jonathan Ferrant having to make a save. 65 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Radomil Mentis came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. That was the end of his participation in the match. After 76 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Jose Correa. Fryderyk Motowski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fryderyk Motowski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fryderyk Motowski, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. FC Kraków1983 were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Venezuela for a fine match.
