In the 27th match minute, Stakbröte was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ersin Neşit to maneuver through the defense. Abram Sarmiento took the ball and in the 29 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Bai Jian Ao. Bai Jian Ao dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. In the 36th minute Colombia were awarded a corner. Stakbröte's Aaron Buba was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Pedro Manzanares in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Aaron Buba did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 3-2 to the left of a surprised Pedro Manzanares 43 minutes into the match.

In the 50th match minute, Colombia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Samuel Navarro to maneuver through the defense. Pedro Manzanares took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aaron Buba, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Axel Montenegro blasted a shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Bai Jian Ao having to make a save. Bai Jian Ao made an important save on a dangerous shot by Axel Montenegro in the 58th minute. 64 minutes into the match, Sverker Hydén had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Pedro Manzanares. Colombia's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Sverker Hydén was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-2. Pedro Manzanares took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sverker Hydén, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bai Jian Ao stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Abram Sarmiento's shot from short distance in the 69th minute. Colombia's Pedro Manzanares played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sverker Hydén in the 72nd minute of play. Colombia's Ignacio Mastache was substituted for Abram Sarmiento. Colombia made a substitution. Abram Secada replaced Axel Montenegro. A sloppy throw-in by Laurențiu Roşu in the 80th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Colombia's Kevin Mastache. In the 81st minute Romeo Beckham Jr shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pedro Manzanares saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bai Jian Ao made an important save on a dangerous shot by Abram Secada in the 86th minute. Abram Secada took the ball and in the 87 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Bai Jian Ao. Bai Jian Ao dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-3. With a little luck, Stakbröte's Bai Jian Ao got control of the ball when Ignacio Mastache tried to sneak it across the goal line. 90 minutes had been played when some careless play by Stakbröte's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Kevin Mastache was slow to take the kick. During this time Colombia's players had a chance to rest. The corner led Colombia's Abram Secada to fire away a dangerous shot which Bai Jian Ao despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball.
