Erik Väärtnõu acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 20th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Eric Ecobescu. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Valer Deliman in the 22nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Erik Väärtnõu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 23 played minutes Club Atlético Timișoara got a freekick which was hit by Dinu Corlățean. When Arne Õigus fell near the penalty area in the 28th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored JK Shefid's protests and gave Arne Õigus a yellow card for diving instead. Erik Väärtnõu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rareș Fânaru in the 30th minute of the match. Erik Väärtnõu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Valer Deliman in the 34th minute. Aivo Jomm hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. Erik Väärtnõu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dinu Corlățean, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. Erik Väärtnõu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Valer Deliman in the 41st minute. When Oskar Nõumees fell near the penalty area in the 88th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored JK Shefid's protests and gave Oskar Nõumees a yellow card for diving instead. Andri Levi kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. Club Atlético Timișoara's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
