Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Serafino Txartiko to make the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Fortinducto's zone, Fabio Fagildo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fernando Estavan came out of the goal and Fabio Fagildo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of Fortinducto booed when Paunero was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lisandro Rufio didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 64th match minute, Fortinducto was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Raimundo Maurino to maneuver through the defense. Santos Rito lost his temper 88 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card.
