After some careless play in the Satyricon Black defense, Giuliano David kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Marin Hârtopanu. The Satyricon Black fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Marin Hârtopanu should have stopped the shot. 11 minutes into the game, Villaverde Celeste Clube's Mané Garrincha nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Marin Hârtopanu made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Wilton Berger might have been able to make a better finish in the 13th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Marin Hârtopanu. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Wilton Berger ran back to his position shaking his head. Mané Garrincha sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Frank Sten in the 14th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Marin Hârtopanu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 17th minute, Giuliano David left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Villaverde Celeste Clube fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. After 21 minutes of play, Villaverde Celeste Clube's Frank Sten made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Marin Hârtopanu was left in no man's land by his defense there! Marin Hârtopanu didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Frank Sten went, in the 27th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-5 was the resulting score. An unexpectedly hard shot by Róbson Donato in the 30th minute of play forced Satyricon Black's goalkeeper Marin Hârtopanu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 31 minutes into the match, Mané Garrincha had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Marin Hârtopanu. Satyricon Black's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Mané Garrincha was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-6. The supporters of Satyricon Black booed when Villaverde Celeste Clube was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Waldemar Lucas didn't get a good kick on the ball.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Mané Garrincha stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Leonard Costandin kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. In the 52nd minute of the match Frank Sten sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Marin Hârtopanu skillfully saved the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mané Garrincha in the 53rd minute of play forced Satyricon Black's goalkeeper Marin Hârtopanu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 55 played minutes Satyricon Black got a freekick which was hit by Leonard Costandin. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mané Garrincha got free with Marin Hârtopanu in the 56th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Marin Hârtopanu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Frank Sten in the 58th minute of play. Giuliano David scored 0-7 in the 59th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Marin Hârtopanu, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 69th match minute, Villaverde Celeste Clube was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cesinha Dias to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sandu Ecobescu in the 72nd minute of play forced Villaverde Celeste Clube's goalkeeper Alfredo Linares to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Marin Hârtopanu was a little too slow when Mané Garrincha got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 74th minute. The score was now 0-9. Mané Garrincha received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Marin Hârtopanu came out and tried to block the shot, but Mané Garrincha slotted it home off the left post making it 0-10 in the 80th minute. Alfredo Linares didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Sandu Ecobescu went, in the 83rd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-10 was the resulting score. In the 85th minute, Florin Vâtcă hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Marin Hârtopanu didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 87th minute, which inside left pole to 1-11. Leonard Costandin kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. Villaverde Celeste Clube's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
