Sportivo Fernet Branca's Fidel Su played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ezequiel Gines in the 30th minute of play. In the 32nd minute Vladimiro Daunte shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fabio Fagildo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Sportivo Fernet Branca booed when Paunero was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ezequiel Jaizki didn't get a good kick on the ball. Pastor Beltxe took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 44th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Fabio Fagildo. The tension between the Paunero and the Sportivo Fernet Branca players grew even worse after the yellow card.
