But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Aaron Rosio couldn't finish the play. After 24 minutes, Esteban Sugoi made it 2-0 with a short kick to the right side. Tequila Sunrise's Tolek Gecionis tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. A collision led to Tequila Sunrise getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Jacek Dudkowski hit a great ball. Tolek Gecionis didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Arnoldo Pirro went, in the 30th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. After a defensive mix-up in Tequila Sunrise's zone, Aaron Rosio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tolek Gecionis came out of the goal and Aaron Rosio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Esteban Sugoi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tolek Gecionis having to interfere.

The wind increased when Sebastian Malewicz made the kick off in the second half. Aaron Rosio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Tolek Gecionis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Tequila Sunrise booed when Fortinducto was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Raimundo Maurino didn't get a good kick on the ball.
