After having played for 5 minutes, Ákos Bökönyi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Rákóczifalva SE's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ákos Bökönyi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 8th minute Félix Pénzes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tolek Gecionis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dávid Ambrus received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Tolek Gecionis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Rákóczifalva SE's Félix Pénzes got a free kick in the 16th minute. In the 22nd minute of the match Rákóczifalva SE got a corner. Tequila Sunrise's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Sándor Berényi ran over to the corner to take the kick. After a rather tough play, Rákóczifalva SE's Ákos Bökönyi got a free kick in the 25th minute. In the 29th minute, Félix Pénzes ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tolek Gecionis was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. The audience thought a goal was coming when Klement Watarz got free with Gábor Vadas in the 33rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Tolek Gecionis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ákos Bökönyi, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. The supporters of Tequila Sunrise booed when Rákóczifalva SE was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tivadar Csáki didn't get a good kick on the ball. Klement Watarz's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gábor Vadas read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 46th minute of play. Tivadar Csáki kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The wind increased when Sebastian Malewicz made the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the game, Sebastian Malewicz cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Gábor Vadas was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Dávid Ambrus had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 63rd minute, Klement Watarz ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gábor Vadas was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. Gábor Vadas came out of the goal in the 68th minute to try and stop a shot by Tequila Sunrise's Sebastian Malewicz. But to his dismay, Sebastian Malewicz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. In the 71st match minute, Rákóczifalva SE was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sándor Berényi to maneuver through the defense. The crowd rose to their feet as Ákos Bökönyi kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Tolek Gecionis. That made the score 3-2 in the 73 minute of play. In the 81st minute, Marek Pieprz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Dániel Kutasi hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. Klement Watarz, 89 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. After 92 minutes of play, Tequila Sunrise's Klement Watarz made it 4-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gábor Vadas was left in no man's land by his defense there! The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Tequila Sunrise were victorious despite being under pressure from Rákóczifalva SE for much of the match.
