In the 32nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Olimpia Koło's goalkeeper Pawel Madej, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Ubaldo Urbez made in the 35th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Cyryl Adamus immediately put the ball in play. 36 minutes into the match, Chile's goal looked a bit too open when Sylwester Majorski came free, but Thiago Pliego reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cyryl Adamus in the 41st minute of play forced Chile's goalkeeper Thiago Pliego to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Orlando Casaus's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Pawel Madej read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 47th minute of play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

55 minutes into the match, Mariano Lacasa notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Olimpia Koło's Pawel Madej. Pawel Madej was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Francisco Carballar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Pawel Madej dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. In the 78th match minute, Olimpia Koło was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ubaldo Urbez to maneuver through the defense. Chile's Thiago Pliego played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sylwester Majorski in the 80th minute of play. Thiago Pliego made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from David Skjold in the 82nd minute of play. Xavier Figueroa kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. Orlando Casaus's late challenge caught a Olimpia Koło's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Olimpia Koło's Pawel Madej proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 95th minute of the match, managed to save Olimpia Koło from getting a goal against them.
