The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 15 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mauro Kinsen. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ernesto Leguizamón in the 16th minute of play. 19 minutes into the match, Ernesto Leguizamón had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Venezuela's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ernesto Leguizamón was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Halim Tengizalp in the 23rd minute of play. When Hieronim Bochinski came up free with the goalie in the 30th minute, the KIZIL KURTLAR fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hieronim Bochinski couldn't finish the play. In the 36th play minute Mauro Kinsen came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Jonathan Ferrant. 2-0. Mauro Kinsen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Jonathan Ferrant tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Jose Correa got a free kick in the 41st minute. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ernesto Leguizamón made a kick off. Ernesto Leguizamón sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 53 minutes into the game, Mauro Kinsen was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. KIZIL KURTLAR's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Venezuela the free kick. In the 53rd minute, Mauro Kinsen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Patricio Costa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 54th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jonathan Venegas's late challenge caught a KIZIL KURTLAR's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jonathan Venegas helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of KIZIL KURTLAR booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jonathan Venegas didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mauro Kinsen in the 60th minute of the match. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Halim Tengizalp in the 61st minute of play. Lucio Abaurre might have been able to make a better finish in the 64th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jonathan Ferrant. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Lucio Abaurre ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 69th minute Ernesto Leguizamón shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ernesto Leguizamón in the 71st minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tomas Illescas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Bedrettin Akşin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mauro Kinsen in the 78th minute of the match. After 80 minutes of play, KIZIL KURTLAR's Hieronim Bochinski made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jonathan Ferrant was left in no man's land by his defense there! Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mauro Kinsen in the 83rd minute of the match. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal in the 86th minute to try and stop a shot by KIZIL KURTLAR's Mauro Kinsen. But to his dismay, Mauro Kinsen quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. In the 95th minute Tomas Illescas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bedrettin Akşin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
