Spectators: 42 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) In the 4th minute Lautaro Mancebo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Yanick Knecht saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 9th minute, Lautaro Mancebo managed to get in a good position for a shot. It was a well-played corner which George Catry managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. After having played for 14 minutes, Joel Gaona managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mexico's supporters crossed their fingers, but Joel Gaona was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Yanick Knecht made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lautaro Mancebo in the 16th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bartolomé Perpiñán in the 22nd minute of play forced Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Yanick Knecht showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joel Gaona in the 25th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, LIVIUS UNITED MLS's Bartolomé Perpiñán got a free kick in the 28th minute. Mexico's Dante Lacasa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 30th minute of the match, managed to save Mexico from getting a goal against them. Luca Zorita received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Yanick Knecht tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alberto Tafalla fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Yanick Knecht having to interfere. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The wind increased when Daniel Şimandan made the kick off in the second half. With his leg Yanick Knecht managed to avoid a goal in the 53rdth minute, when Mexico's Lautaro Mancebo fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Lautaro Mancebo spun around in front of the goal 53 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of LIVIUS UNITED MLS's goal. In the 55th minute, Joel Gaona left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Mexico fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Mexico's Dante Lacasa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Şimandan in the 59th minute of play. Lautaro Mancebo came free with the goalkeeper in the 62nd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Yanick Knecht could save by the left post.
