In the 5th match minute, Colombia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kevin Mastache to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Zacisze Częstochowa booed when Colombia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Santino Seco didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abram Sarmiento in the 20th minute of play forced Zacisze Częstochowa's goalkeeper Miroslaw Gollob to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 20 minutes of play, Colombia's Abram Sarmiento made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Miroslaw Gollob was left in no man's land by his defense there! 23 minutes into the match, Colombia's goalkeeper Pedro Manzanares had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jurand Cempa. Pascual Carballar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Miroslaw Gollob having to interfere. 27 minutes into the game, Jurand Cempa cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Pedro Manzanares was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 30th minute Abram Sarmiento shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Miroslaw Gollob saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 32 minutes into the match, Santino Seco had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Miroslaw Gollob. Zacisze Częstochowa's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Santino Seco was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. After 36 played minutes Zacisze Częstochowa got a freekick which was hit by Cyprian Kloczko. Axel Montenegro took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 36th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Miroslaw Gollob. Zacisze Częstochowa's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After 37 played minutes Zacisze Częstochowa got a freekick which was hit by Axel Coomans. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abram Sarmiento in the 38th minute of play forced Zacisze Częstochowa's goalkeeper Miroslaw Gollob to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 42nd minute Cristo Verdu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pedro Manzanares saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Colombia's Abram Sarmiento got a good chance for a goal in the 47th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.

The wind increased when Gaston Zárate made the kick off in the second half. Miroslaw Gollob made a fantastic save in the 55th minute, when Axel Montenegro sent off a good shot on target. Through an outstanding action, after 58 minutes, Miroslaw Gollob successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. 60 minutes into the match, Colombia's goal looked a bit too open when Margiris Nekrošius came free, but Pedro Manzanares reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Colombia's Abram Sarmiento slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Miroslaw Gollob. That made the score 2-3 after 64 minutes of play. Zacisze Częstochowa made a substitution. Przemyslaw Maldini replaced Gonzalo Firme. Zacisze Częstochowa's Akif Yetik was substituted for Maksymilian Drapinski. Axel Montenegro might have been able to make a better finish in the 69th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Miroslaw Gollob. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Colombia's Abram Secada was substituted for Axel Montenegro. Miroslaw Gollob made a fantastic save in the 84th minute, when Abram Secada sent off a good shot on target. Miroslaw Gollob showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ignacio Mastache in the 89th minute of the match. 89 minutes into the game, Ignacio Mastache cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-6. Miroslaw Gollob was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The Zacisze Częstochowa supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Colombia's performance. The match ended with a win for Colombia.
