Spectators: 42 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Joel Gaona started the match with the kick off. In the 4th match minute, Mexico was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Facundo Cadaval to maneuver through the defense. Jurand Cempa struck a weak shot in the 5th minute. Dante Lacasa didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Zacisze Częstochowa. Joel Gaona received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Miroslaw Gollob tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Margiris Nekrošius fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dante Lacasa having to interfere. 13 minutes into the match, Zacisze Częstochowa's goal looked a bit too open when Facundo Cadaval came free, but Miroslaw Gollob reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mexico's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Joel Gaona in the 14th minute. The corner led Mexico's Luca Zorita to fire away a dangerous shot which Miroslaw Gollob despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 22 minutes into the match, Zacisze Częstochowa's goal looked a bit too open when Facundo Cadaval came free, but Miroslaw Gollob reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dante Lacasa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gaston Zárate, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. Miroslaw Gollob showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lautaro Mancebo in the 34th minute of the match. If Damaso Alonso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Dante Lacasa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Margiris Nekrošius, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. Lautaro Mancebo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joel Gaona in the 62nd minute of play forced Zacisze Częstochowa's goalkeeper Miroslaw Gollob to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice moves Lautaro Mancebo could shoot a difficult shot in the 67th minute, which Miroslaw Gollob however easily saved by the left post. Dante Lacasa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jurand Cempa in the 75th minute of the match. Zacisze Częstochowa's Przemyslaw Maldini was substituted for Gonzalo Firme. When Zacisze Częstochowa's Jurand Cempa in the 81st minute got a chance for a shot 81st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Mexico's goalie prevented a goal.
