Olo Pan hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. In the 12th match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jose Correa to maneuver through the defense. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Boruc Niewiadomski, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. When Czarni Kozłowa Góra's Boruc Niewiadomski in the 20th minute got a chance for a shot 20th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. In the 29th minute, Jonathan Venegas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ulryk Miodek shot from long distance in the 30th minute, but Jonathan Ferrant was prepared and stopped the ball at the left post. After a defensive mix-up in Czarni Kozłowa Góra's zone, Tomas Illescas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Stefan Zawaski came out of the goal and Tomas Illescas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Tomas Illescas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After the first half Venezuela were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Tomas Illescas made the kick off in the second half. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Boruc Niewiadomski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 58 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Boruc Niewiadomski came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Boruc Niewiadomski in the 60th minute of play. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zdzislaw Pusiak in the 61st minute of the match. If Tomas Illescas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 73rd minute, Wojciech Niedziela managed to get in a good position for a shot. Czarni Kozłowa Góra's supporters rose to their feet, but Wojciech Niedziela was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jonathan Ferrant breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jonathan Ferrant stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Boruc Niewiadomski's shot from short distance in the 75th minute. After having played for 77 minutes, Uriel Maju managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Czarni Kozłowa Góra's supporters crossed their fingers, but Uriel Maju was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Czarni Kozłowa Góra's Olo Pan got a good chance for a goal in the 79th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Olo Pan, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. But to his dismay, Tomas Illescas quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Venezuela were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over Czarni Kozłowa Góra's much stronger midfield.
