Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Band Of Brothers's Bobby Bastard started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. When Joel Gaona came up free with the goalie in the 7th minute, the Mexico fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Joel Gaona couldn't finish the play. Bobby Bastard took the ball and in the 9 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dante Lacasa. Dante Lacasa dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. A collision led to Mexico getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Alberto Tafalla hit a great ball. After 14 played minutes Band Of Brothers got a freekick which was hit by Lars Granum. 16 minutes into the match, Band Of Brothers's goal looked a bit too open when Joel Gaona came free, but Hami Tuna reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 18th minute Joel Gaona shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hami Tuna saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 21st minute, Lautaro Mancebo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mexico's supporters rose to their feet, but Lautaro Mancebo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Hami Tuna breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 29th minute, Alberto Tafalla got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Dante Lacasa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Carl Caniggia, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. Dante Lacasa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carl Caniggia in the 34th minute of play. 35 minutes into the match, Band Of Brothers's goal looked a bit too open when Lautaro Mancebo came free, but Hami Tuna reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 37th minute Bobby Bastard shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dante Lacasa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alberto Tafalla received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Hami Tuna tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Mexico's Joel Gaona in the 45th minute got a chance for a shot 45th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Band Of Brothers's goalie prevented a goal. Joel Gaona received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Hami Tuna tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Joel Gaona made the kick off in the second half. Dante Lacasa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bobby Bastard, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joel Gaona in the 53rd minute of play forced Band Of Brothers's goalkeeper Hami Tuna to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mexico were awarded a corner in the 54th minute after Band Of Brothers's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Joel Gaona took the corner. Carl Caniggia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dante Lacasa having to interfere. In the 58th minute, Lars Granum hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Dante Lacasa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Carl Caniggia, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. If Joel Gaona had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 68th minute Joel Gaona shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hami Tuna saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 69th minute, Mexico's Lautaro Mancebo dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-1. An unexpected shot in the 74th minute by Joel Gaona got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Alberto Tafalla's late challenge caught a Band Of Brothers's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Alberto Tafalla helped the player get up and apologised. In the 75th match minute, Mexico was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alberto Tafalla to maneuver through the defense. Alberto Tafalla recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 77th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Lautaro Mancebo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 78th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Hami Tuna made a fantastic save in the 80th minute, when Alberto Tafalla sent off a good shot on target. Band Of Brothers made a substitution. Evgenij Davydov replaced Carl Caniggia. Dante Lacasa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bobby Bastard in the 87th minute of play. Dante Lacasa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Evgenij Davydov in the 89th minute of the match. Bobby Bastard scored 3-1 in the 93rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Dante Lacasa, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Band Of Brothers's Dino Ciccarelli was substituted for Anders Holmgren. Many of Mexico's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Mexico may have spent more time on the ball, but Band Of Brothers were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
