Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when David Torres took the kick off in the first half of the match. Daniel Zorita sent away a hard shot on goal in the 5th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. YESHUA F.C's Ricardo Zamora proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 7th minute of the match, managed to save YESHUA F.C from getting a goal against them. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from David Torres, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, YESHUA F.C's Ricardo Zamora got control of the ball when Daniel Zorita tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Daniel Zorita got free with Ricardo Zamora in the 19th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ricardo Zamora was a little too slow when Felix Montenegro got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 23rd minute. The score was now 1-0. YESHUA F.C's Ricardo Zamora played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luis Andino in the 30th minute of play. Julio Vera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from David Torres, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luis Andino in the 33rd minute of play forced YESHUA F.C's goalkeeper Ricardo Zamora to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, YESHUA F.C's Ricardo Zamora got control of the ball when Cristian Sancho tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ricardo Zamora came out of the goal in the 39th minute to try and stop a shot by Ecuador's Cristian Sancho. But to his dismay, Cristian Sancho quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. After 42 played minutes, Ecuador's Felix Montes shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Ricardo Zamora came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Ecuador reached it. Ricardo Zamora showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristian Sancho, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Sancho in the 46th minute of play forced YESHUA F.C's goalkeeper Ricardo Zamora to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of YESHUA F.C booed when Ecuador was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 48 match minutes in a wonderful position. Felix Montes didn't get a good kick on the ball. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joel de Amaral in the 49th minute of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Daniel Zorita to make the kick off. David Torres sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 57th minute, David Torres managed to get in a good position for a shot. YESHUA F.C's supporters rose to their feet, but David Torres was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Julio Vera breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. David Torres blasted a shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Julio Vera having to make a save. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from David Torres, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cristos Contreras fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Julio Vera having to interfere. In the 81st minute Daniel Zorita shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ricardo Zamora saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 83 minutes, David Torres managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. YESHUA F.C's supporters crossed their fingers, but David Torres was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to YESHUA F.C getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Denílson Pernambucano hit a great ball. In the 85th minute, Vasily Mahnach hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 90th minute the ball was on its way in behind Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Ricardo Zamora came out of the goal in the 92nd minute to try and stop a shot by Ecuador's Daniel Zorita. But to his dismay, Daniel Zorita quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. YESHUA F.C made a substitution. Vágner Severo replaced Vasily Mahnach.
