Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Daniel Zorita started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Felix Martinsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Zorita, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpected shot in the 4th minute by Albert Rutledge got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. If Daniel Zorita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ecuador's Luis Andino got a good chance for a goal in the 13th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 16th minute, Cristian Sancho left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ecuador fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Albert Rutledge took the ball and in the 19 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Julio Vera. Julio Vera dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Daniel Zorita struck a weak shot in the 33rd minute. Felix Martinsson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ecuador. Cristian Sancho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 39 played minutes LA VIOLA got a freekick which was hit by Osvald Uter. 40 minutes into the match, LA VIOLA's goal looked a bit too open when Cristian Sancho came free, but Felix Martinsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Albert Rutledge, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, LA VIOLA's Konrad Wickander got a free kick in the 44th minute. After a defensive mix-up in LA VIOLA's zone, Agustín Saelices stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Felix Martinsson came out of the goal and Agustín Saelices tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The wind increased when Albert Rutledge made the kick off in the second half. Juan Sebastián Puig kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. In the 53rd minute, Svante Bäckman sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Ecuador's Julio Vera didn't even have to move. After having played for 55 minutes, Luis Andino managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ecuador's supporters crossed their fingers, but Luis Andino was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 57 minutes into the match, LA VIOLA's goal looked a bit too open when Cristian Sancho came free, but Felix Martinsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Gottfrid Brenner came up free with the goalie in the 58th minute, the LA VIOLA fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gottfrid Brenner couldn't finish the play. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gottfrid Brenner, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. LA VIOLA's Felix Martinsson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 66th minute of the match, managed to save LA VIOLA from getting a goal against them. Felix Martinsson was a little too slow when Daniel Zorita got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 70th minute. The score was now 1-2. After 73 minutes of play, Ecuador's Cristian Sancho made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Felix Martinsson was left in no man's land by his defense there! The audience thought a goal was coming when Cristian Sancho got free with Felix Martinsson in the 76th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Daniel Zorita came free with the goalkeeper in the 83rd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Felix Martinsson could save by the left post. When the match had gone on for 84 minutes, Gottfrid Brenner put it in 2-3 from a short distance just to the right of Julio Vera. Gottfrid Brenner received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Julio Vera tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 88th minute, Juan Sebastián Puig hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Albert Rutledge in the 89th minute of play. LA VIOLA's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Svante Bäckman in the 91st minute. The corner ended in Svante Bäckman almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Ecuador's Julio Vera did a great save. Luis Andino could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 94th minute of the match, but Felix Martinsson made a huge save. When the final whistle sounded Ecuador left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than LA VIOLA.
