Luca Rouco made in the 23rd minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Joel Gaona however managed to control. Squadra de Pippe's Fan Xi Hong played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lautaro Mancebo in the 37th minute of play. With a little luck, Mexico's Dante Lacasa got control of the ball when Lukasz Rukszcz tried to sneak it across the goal line. Lukasz Rukszcz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Dante Lacasa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Squadra de Pippe's Filippo Massa was substituted for Lukasz Rukszcz. Fan Xi Hong made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alberto Tafalla in the 59th minute. When Stanislovas Skripkauskas fell near the penalty area in the 72nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Squadra de Pippe's protests and gave Stanislovas Skripkauskas a yellow card for diving instead. In the 73rd match minute, Squadra de Pippe was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Stanislovas Skripkauskas to maneuver through the defense. A nice corner shot did that Francesco Andreoli got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Dante Lacasa quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save.
