Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Dariusz Brysz took the kick off in the first half of the match. 5 minutes into the game, Dariusz Brysz recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Rolando Noboa. Dariusz Brysz showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. FC Devils's Artur Boruc played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Julian Murillo in the 11th minute of play. Peru's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Luz Tejedor in the 16th minute. When the match clock showed 16 minutes, the score became 1-1 when Julian Murillo sped through FC Devils's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Artur Boruc. Artur Boruc showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Julian Murillo, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. Artur Boruc made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luz Tejedor in the 28th minute of play. Dariusz Brysz kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Julian Murillo in the 31st minute of play forced FC Devils's goalkeeper Artur Boruc to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Julian Murillo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Artur Boruc read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 38th minute of play. In the 40th minute Julian Murillo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Artur Boruc saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eliseo Mina in the 41st minute of play forced FC Devils's goalkeeper Artur Boruc to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Julian Murillo took the ball and in the 43 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Artur Boruc. Artur Boruc dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. Disappointed in the 1-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Julian Murillo was the one to do the kick off. 52 minutes into the game, one of FC Devils:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. 59 minutes into the match, FC Devils's goalkeeper Artur Boruc had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Luz Tejedor. FC Devils's Artur Boruc proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 61st minute of the match, managed to save FC Devils from getting a goal against them. 63 minutes into the match, Julian Murillo dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Artur Boruc, 1-4. The audience was convinced that Julian Murillo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Artur Boruc was relentless in the 66th minute of the game. FC Devils's Walery Percha was substituted for Viktoras Rurin. The attack was good, but when Julian Murillo in the 77th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. With a little luck, FC Devils's Artur Boruc got control of the ball when Julian Murillo tried to sneak it across the goal line. 82 minutes into the game, FC Devils's Dariusz Brysz nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Rolando Noboa made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-4. Peru's Rafael Gallo was substituted for Julian Murillo. Antonio Tenorio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Artur Boruc tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 92 minutes into the match, FC Devils's goalkeeper Artur Boruc had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Rafael Gallo. After having played for 97 minutes, Tobiasz Orszak managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Devils's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tobiasz Orszak was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Peru's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
