To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 谢珂悦 hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. In the 13th minute, Axel Tasis got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, Costa Rica's Efrain Moruga got a free kick in the 16th minute. 陆康德 sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 严昆晨 took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eliseo Noboa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A very good chance. After 38 played minutes Axel Tasis could catch the ball where he stood relatively free a bit outside the goal and without hesitation he completed 1-1 into the left cross. Zhao Wei Yi hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. 44 minutes into the match, 孟益彬 notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Costa Rica's Benito Sanz. Benito Sanz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.

The audience thought a goal was coming when Zhao Wei Yi got free with Benito Sanz in the 64th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a little luck, Costa Rica's Benito Sanz got control of the ball when Zhao Wei Yi tried to sneak it across the goal line. The Costa Rica fans' excitement grew in the 87th match minute when Costa Rica's Axel Tasis looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. The supporters of 黄华路欢乐队 booed when Costa Rica was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aaron Alcocer didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the final whistle sounded 黄华路欢乐队 left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Costa Rica.
