With a left leg Julio Vera saved Ecuador from getting behind. 25 minutes into the match, That Fkn Team's goalkeeper Attilio Frasca had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cristian Sancho. Daniel Zorita could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 30th minute of the match, but Attilio Frasca made a huge save. In the 33rd minute, Andreas Glad hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Sancho in the 35th minute of play forced That Fkn Team's goalkeeper Attilio Frasca to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, That Fkn Team's Björn Berg got a free kick in the 36th minute. In the 44th minute, Krister Mickelsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cristian Sancho got free with Attilio Frasca in the 45th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Daniel Zorita stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 52ndth minute of the game Cristian Sancho who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but That Fkn Team's Attilio Frasca was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 57th minute Daniel Zorita shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Attilio Frasca saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 58 minutes into the match, That Fkn Team's goal looked a bit too open when Cristian Sancho came free, but Attilio Frasca reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 59 minutes into the game, Michael Tunström recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Julio Vera. That Fkn Team's Attilio Frasca played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Zorita in the 62nd minute of play. The audience was convinced that Luis Andino's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Attilio Frasca was relentless in the 64th minute of the game. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Daniel Zorita in the 67th minute a chance for a shot on goal. Lorenzo Manuelo did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 4-2 to the left of a surprised Julio Vera 76 minutes into the match. After 85 played minutes Ecuador got a freekick which was hit by Camilo Gisbert. Lorenzo Manuelo hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. Felix Montenegro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 88th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Julio Vera was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Konstantin Dorofeev showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 4-3 in the 90 minute of play. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Ecuador had played much better football throughout.
