Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Axel Tasis took the kick off in the first half of the match. After a rather tough play, Costa Rica's Juan Rubio got a free kick in the 3rd minute. In the 8th minute, Kevinn Mulvihill left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Zawisza Bydgoszcz fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Benito Sanz had great luck who in the 13thth minute grab hold of the ball when Rian Dalton from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. Costa Rica's Benito Sanz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 17th minute of the match, managed to save Costa Rica from getting a goal against them. With a little luck, Costa Rica's Benito Sanz got control of the ball when Kevinn Mulvihill tried to sneak it across the goal line. 19 minutes into the match, Costa Rica's goalkeeper Benito Sanz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Rian Dalton. In the 27th minute, Scott Colwell left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Zawisza Bydgoszcz fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. Thurl Mulvihill hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. In the 31st minute, Eliseo Noboa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Zawisza Bydgoszcz's Aengus Duggan was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 35th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Kevinn Mulvihill could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 39th minute of the match, but Benito Sanz made a huge save. Lautaro Puig received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Fryderyk Lepper tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Benito Sanz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aengus Duggan in the 48th minute of play.

54 minutes into the game, Zawisza Bydgoszcz's Rian Dalton nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Benito Sanz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-0. Lautaro Puig fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fryderyk Lepper having to interfere. Alan Moruga charged in rather forcefully in the 64th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Alan Moruga the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 64 played minutes Costa Rica got a freekick which was hit by Alan Moruga. In the 65th minute, Aengus Duggan ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Benito Sanz was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-0. In the 74th minute, Kevinn Mulvihill left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Zawisza Bydgoszcz fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 8-0. After 78 played minutes, Zawisza Bydgoszcz's Scott Colwell shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Benito Sanz came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Zawisza Bydgoszcz reached it. When Kevinn Mulvihill came up free with the goalie in the 81st minute, the Zawisza Bydgoszcz fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kevinn Mulvihill couldn't finish the play. After 82 played minutes Zawisza Bydgoszcz got a freekick which was hit by Scott Colwell. Bivitas Duggan hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. After having played for 84 minutes, Axel Tasis managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Costa Rica's supporters crossed their fingers, but Axel Tasis was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Benito Sanz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aengus Duggan in the 87th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rian Dalton in the 89th minute of play forced Costa Rica's goalkeeper Benito Sanz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 91 minutes into the match, Costa Rica's goal looked a bit too open when Rian Dalton came free, but Benito Sanz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After taking down the ball on Zawisza Bydgoszcz's corner Rian Dalton fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Benito Sanz quite easily take care of the ball.
