Rolando Noboa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cheng Le Xing in the 29th minute of play. In the 30th minute of the match Pakorro AFC got a corner. Peru's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Aşır Satılmış ran over to the corner to take the kick. 37 minutes into the match, Pakorro AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Luz Tejedor came free, but Bogdan Samokovliyski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Pakorro AFC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 45th minute, when Julian Murillo scored to the left of an out of position Bogdan Samokovliyski, making the score, 2-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Cheng Le Xing stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Rolando Noboa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cheng Le Xing, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Peru getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Alonso Berganza hit a great ball. Cheng Le Xing blasted a shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Rolando Noboa having to make a save. 59 minutes in the game Alonso Berganza did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Moises Gayoso. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cheng Le Xing in the 61st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rolando Noboa prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cheng Le Xing in the 61st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rolando Noboa saved Peru from getting behind. 65 minutes into the match, Pakorro AFC's Cheng Le Xing sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Rolando Noboa narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 67 minutes of play, Pakorro AFC's Cheng Le Xing made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Rolando Noboa was left in no man's land by his defense there! Pakorro AFC made a substitution. Astor Giampietro replaced Cheng Le Xing. After 74 played minutes Pakorro AFC got a freekick which was hit by Astor Giampietro. Julian Murillo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Bogdan Samokovliyski read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 75th minute of play. 79 minutes had been played when some careless play by Pakorro AFC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Luz Tejedor was slow to take the kick. During this time Peru's players had a chance to rest. In the 81st minute, Pakorro AFC's Eloy Soto seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Eloy Soto the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Pakorro AFC protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Eloy Soto had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. Peru made a substitution. In the 81st minute, one of Pakorro AFC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Pakorro AFC.
