The coaching staff of Panama protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Dylan Sarmiento had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. Panama:s Marcos Cotilla showed great skill when he stopped Delmiro Mingo:s penalty. In the 94thth minute of the game Tomas Berganza who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Tiburones's Victorino Olayo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Panama's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
