Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Tomas Illescas got the match started through his kick off. When the match clock showed 3 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Zorko Doro sped through Venezuela's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Capitala's Șerban Culiță got a good chance for a goal in the 6th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Paulo Renato Gaspar in the 11th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tomas Illescas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lütfi Soner having to interfere. Rigoberto Mina hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. Patricio Costa's late challenge caught a Capitala's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Patricio Costa helped the player get up and apologised. Patricio Costa kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomas Illescas in the 25th minute of play forced Capitala's goalkeeper Lütfi Soner to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 28 minutes into the game, Capitala's Paulo Renato Gaspar nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jonathan Ferrant made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. The Capitala fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zorko Doro in the 43rd minute of the match.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Zorko Doro stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute, Venezuela's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Paulo Renato Gaspar fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. After 59 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Jonathan Venegas. Capitala's Mónico Bacquet shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 59th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Jonathan Ferrant but with some difficulty. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tomas Illescas in the 62nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Lütfi Soner saved Capitala from getting behind. 64 minutes into the game, Guillermo Mariano was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Venezuela's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Capitala the free kick. The supporters of Capitala booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Guillermo Mariano didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 67th minute, Paulo Renato Gaspar ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jonathan Ferrant was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. Hamdi Olcaytug charged in rather forcefully in the 70th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Hamdi Olcaytug the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 70th match minute, Capitala was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hamdi Olcaytug to maneuver through the defense. 71 minutes into the match, Capitala's goal looked a bit too open when Patricio Costa came free, but Lütfi Soner reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 81st minute, Zorko Doro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Tomas Illescas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 90th minute, Tomas Illescas managed to get in a good position for a shot. Venezuela's supporters rose to their feet, but Tomas Illescas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lütfi Soner breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 91st match minute, Capitala was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hamdi Olcaytug to maneuver through the defense. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zorko Doro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bilgehan Bakkalbaşıoğlu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 96th minute of the match, but Jonathan Ferrant made a huge save. The Venezuela fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Capitala were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
