Spectators: 49 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Glenn Huez started the match with the kick off. After 3 minutes, Glenn Huez made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Colombia's Pedro Manzanares tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Pedro Manzanares took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Martin Rutsch, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Colombia's Kevin Mastache quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Sam Amiel, made in the 7th minute of the game. A collision led to Colombia getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Kevin Mastache hit a great ball. Pedro Manzanares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Glenn Huez in the 10th minute of play. In the 15th minute, Axel Montenegro left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Colombia fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. 19 minutes into the match, Axel Montenegro dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of David Aberle, 2-1. Martin Rutsch fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pedro Manzanares having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Glenn Huez in the 24th minute of play forced Colombia's goalkeeper Pedro Manzanares to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Colombia's Abram Sarmiento managed to work through Uetendorf Wanderers's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Abram Sarmiento dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. Özcan Balcik blasted a shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Pedro Manzanares having to make a save. Özcan Balcik received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Pedro Manzanares tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 33 played minutes Colombia got a freekick which was hit by Pascual Carballar. Pedro Manzanares took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Glenn Huez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 37th minute, Martin Rutsch made a precise shot to the right of Pedro Manzanares. Colombia's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-2. After 39 played minutes Uetendorf Wanderers got a freekick which was hit by Juan Jesus. In the 40th minute of the match Pascual Carballar shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but David Aberle showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Pedro Manzanares showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Özcan Balcik, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. Kevin Mastache hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. Disappointed in the 2-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Abram Sarmiento made a kick off. In the 52ndth minute of the game Martin Rutsch who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Colombia's Pedro Manzanares was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Pascual Carballar kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. Zachary Pionek blasted a shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Pedro Manzanares having to make a save. Martin Rutsch was extremely unlucky when he, in the 63rd minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. When the match clock showed 64 minutes, the score became 3-4 when Martin Rutsch sped through Colombia's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Pedro Manzanares. Glenn Huez could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 69th minute of the match, but Pedro Manzanares made a huge save. In the 71st minute, Uetendorf Wanderers's Glenn Huez dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-5. Colombia's Ignacio Mastache was substituted for Abram Sarmiento. When Glenn Huez came up free with the goalie in the 75th minute, the Uetendorf Wanderers fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Glenn Huez couldn't finish the play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Martin Rutsch in the 79th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Pedro Manzanares saved Colombia from getting behind. In the 81st minute, Martin Rutsch got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Glenn Huez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Uetendorf Wanderers supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Uetendorf Wanderers would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
