An unexpectedly hard shot by Carmelo Vachon in the 3rd minute of play forced Colombia's goalkeeper Pedro Manzanares to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 3 minutes into the game, Carmelo Vachon cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Pedro Manzanares was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The audience thought a goal was coming when Axel Montenegro got free with Jose Vimaro in the 6th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When the match had gone on for 11 minutes, Axel Montenegro put it in 2-1 from a short distance just to the right of Jose Vimaro. After a rather tough play, Colombia's Kevin Mastache got a free kick in the 14th minute. The audience was convinced that Carmelo Vachon's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Pedro Manzanares was relentless in the 18th minute of the game. In the 19th minute, La Maquina 9-12-18's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Pascual Carballar fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Jose Vimaro had great luck who in the 21stth minute grab hold of the ball when Abram Sarmiento from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. In the 22nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Colombia's goalkeeper Pedro Manzanares, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Colombia's Pedro Manzanares played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carmelo Vachon in the 23rd minute of play. After 28 played minutes Colombia got a freekick which was hit by Abram Sarmiento. Abram Sarmiento's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 34thth minute, Jose Vimaro skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. 37 minutes into the match, La Maquina 9-12-18's goal looked a bit too open when Abram Sarmiento came free, but Jose Vimaro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 41st minute Carmelo Vachon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pedro Manzanares saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. La Maquina 9-12-18 were awarded a corner in the 43th minute after Colombia's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Bastien Domenge took the corner. La Maquina 9-12-18's Bastien Domenge was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Pedro Manzanares in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. A collision led to Colombia getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Pascual Carballar hit a great ball. Carmelo Vachon recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

Jose Cordarrol charged in rather forcefully in the 52nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jose Cordarrol the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 52nd match minute, La Maquina 9-12-18 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jose Cordarrol to maneuver through the defense. La Maquina 9-12-18's Jose Vimaro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abram Sarmiento in the 53rd minute of play. Carmelo Vachon in the 55thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Pedro Manzanares, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Carmelo Vachon did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 2-2 to the left of a surprised Pedro Manzanares 56 minutes into the match. The audience was convinced that Abram Sarmiento's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jose Vimaro was relentless in the 60th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abram Sarmiento in the 61st minute of play forced La Maquina 9-12-18's goalkeeper Jose Vimaro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Colombia's zone, Albert Gaardahl stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Pedro Manzanares came out of the goal and Albert Gaardahl tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 76 minutes into the game, Pascual Carballar cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-2. Jose Vimaro was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Pedro Manzanares showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bastien Domenge, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. With his leg Pedro Manzanares managed to avoid a goal in the 85thth minute, when La Maquina 9-12-18's Carmelo Vachon fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After 89 minutes, Carmelo Vachon made it 3-4 with a short kick to the right side. Colombia's Pedro Manzanares tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After a rather tough play, La Maquina 9-12-18's Hidayet Baran got a free kick in the 91st minute. Jose Vimaro came out of the goal in the 93rd minute to try and stop a shot by Colombia's Ignacio Mastache. But to his dismay, Ignacio Mastache quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-4. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
