Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Tomas Illescas started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. A throw-in in the 9th minute of the game was made by Allan Magnusson with Hristiyan Karaleev as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. After 11 minutes, Ivan Toromanov mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC Bansko and the Venezuela players grew even worse after the yellow card. Dimitar Vetzov made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tomas Illescas in the 12th minute. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Paun Atkov in the 13th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Venko Petrov in the 15th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. FC Bansko's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Ivan Toromanov in the 16th minute. FC Bansko's Ivan Toromanov was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Jonathan Ferrant in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. When Arso Palahanov fell near the penalty area in the 19th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Bansko's protests and gave Arso Palahanov a yellow card for diving instead. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Venko Petrov in the 26th minute of play. In the 32nd minute of the match FC Bansko got a corner. Venezuela's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Ivan Toromanov ran over to the corner to take the kick. The supporters of Venezuela booed when FC Bansko was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Allan Magnusson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Venko Petrov fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonathan Ferrant having to interfere. After the first half FC Bansko were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Venko Petrov to make the kick off. In the 51st minute Venko Petrov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Paun Atkov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpected shot in the 54th minute by Venko Petrov got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. When Guillermo Mariano fell near the penalty area in the 60th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Venezuela's protests and gave Guillermo Mariano a yellow card for diving instead. Guillermo Mariano hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Tomas Illescas got a free kick in the 70th minute. FC Bansko's Avgustin Lúskov was substituted for Arso Palahanov. After 71 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Tomas Illescas. In the 75th minute, FC Bansko's Paun Atkov dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-2. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Stiliyan Tachkov during the 80th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to FC Bansko getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Stiliyan Tachkov hit a great ball. FC Bansko's Beloslav Beykov was substituted for Gencho Mangezov. After 81 played minutes FC Bansko got a freekick which was hit by Stiliyan Tachkov. Jonathan Ferrant was a little too slow when Paun Atkov got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 85th minute. The score was now 0-3. The supporters of Venezuela booed when FC Bansko was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Avgustin Lúskov didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Venko Petrov in the 89th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 94th minute, Venko Petrov managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Bansko's supporters rose to their feet, but Venko Petrov was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jonathan Ferrant breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the final whistle sounded FC Bansko left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Venezuela.
