Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Angelo Nazario got the match started through his kick off. Luis Andino might have been able to make a better finish in the 3rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Arturo Sengrat. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Luis Andino ran back to his position shaking his head. 5 minutes into the match, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Arturo Sengrat narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Lorenzo Sazon thought of kicking away a contribution in front of goal but messed it up so badly that the ball went to the right of an astonished Arturo Sengrat, a very annoying self made goal in the 10th minute which led to 0-1. Felix Montenegro took the ball and in the 12 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Arturo Sengrat. Arturo Sengrat dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Arturo Sengrat stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Daniel Zorita's shot from short distance in the 19th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Zorita in the 20th minute of play forced Rivermania FC's goalkeeper Arturo Sengrat to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Cristian Sancho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Daniel Zorita sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Arturo Sengrat made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luis Andino in the 34th minute of play. A collision led to Rivermania FC getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Diego Lauaxeta hit a great ball. Arturo Sengrat took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristian Sancho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Daniel Zorita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Daniel Zorita made the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, Rivermania FC's Arturo Sengrat got control of the ball when Daniel Zorita tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 59 played minutes Ecuador got a freekick which was hit by Felix Montes. In the 62nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Rivermania FC's goalkeeper Arturo Sengrat, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. With a little luck, Rivermania FC's Arturo Sengrat got control of the ball when Daniel Zorita tried to sneak it across the goal line. Felix Montenegro kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. Arturo Sengrat made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristian Sancho in the 74th minute of play. In the 75th minute, Juan Sebastián Puig got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a little luck, Rivermania FC's Arturo Sengrat got control of the ball when Cristian Sancho tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a rather tough play, Rivermania FC's Angelo Nazario got a free kick in the 78th minute. In the 78th match minute, Rivermania FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Uriel Salvidor to maneuver through the defense. Arturo Sengrat made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristian Sancho in the 81st minute of play. Daniel Zorita recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 88 minutes into the match, Rivermania FC's goal looked a bit too open when Cristian Sancho came free, but Arturo Sengrat reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Arturo Sengrat made an important save on a dangerous shot by Daniel Zorita in the 93rd minute. If Daniel Zorita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
