Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Tomas Berganza started the match with the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomas Berganza in the 3rd minute of play forced Ribera's goalkeeper Alessandro Del Bello to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The corner led to Panama's Alex Cambeiro getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Abraham Alguacil sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 8 played minutes Panama got a freekick which was hit by Jose Carita. Alessandro Del Bello showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Isidoro Sarmiento in the 9th minute of the match. With an all-out effort, Panama's Alessandro Del Bello threw himself towards the right post 16 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Tomas Berganza, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Abraham Alguacil struck a weak shot in the 18th minute. Alessandro Del Bello didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Panama. After some fancy dribbling in the 22nd minute, Tomas Berganza managed to get in a good position for a shot. Panama's supporters rose to their feet, but Tomas Berganza was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alessandro Del Bello breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ribera's Alessandro Del Bello played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Berganza in the 31st minute of play. Jose Carita hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. 36 minutes into the match, Hans Wery notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Panama's Marcos Cotilla. Marcos Cotilla was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The supporters of Panama booed when Ribera was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eşref Tandoğan didn't get a good kick on the ball. The Panama players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Ribera were winning 0-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Hans Wery was the one to do the kick off. Marcos Cotilla was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Tomas Berganza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alessandro Del Bello showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Isidoro Sarmiento in the 64th minute of the match. 66 minutes into the match, Ribera's goal looked a bit too open when Tomas Berganza came free, but Alessandro Del Bello reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Edmondo Braccia during the 67th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Edmondo Braccia hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. Ribera's Alessandro Del Bello played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Berganza in the 68th minute of play. Alessandro Del Bello came out of the goal in the 70th minute to try and stop a shot by Panama's Abraham Alguacil. But to his dismay, Abraham Alguacil quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. A collision led to Ribera getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Edmondo Braccia hit a great ball. Panama's defense didn't have a chance, in the 74th minute, when Hans Wery scored to the left of an out of position Marcos Cotilla, making the score, 1-3. 77 minutes into the match, Isidoro Sarmiento notched a goal, 2-3, to the right of Ribera's Alessandro Del Bello. Alessandro Del Bello was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 82nd minute Abraham Alguacil shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alessandro Del Bello saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alessandro Del Bello made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Isidoro Sarmiento in the 83rd minute of play. 92 minutes into the match, Ribera's goal looked a bit too open when Abraham Alguacil came free, but Alessandro Del Bello reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 94 minutes into the match, Ribera's goal looked a bit too open when Miguel Miralles came free, but Alessandro Del Bello reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ribera were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over Panama's much stronger midfield.
