Polo Maldini made a great header on Albirex Niigata FC's corner, it was just that Panama's Marcos Cotilla managed to reach the ball for a save. Marcos Cotilla was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 87th match minute, Panama was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dylan Sarmiento to maneuver through the defense. Albirex Niigata FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Panama for a fine match.
