Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Eglynas's Doğan Akbudun started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 3rd minute of the match Miglius Masalskis sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Marcos Cotilla skillfully saved the ball. Abraham Alguacil in the 5thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Irmantas Garbužas, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 8thth minute of the game Tomas Berganza who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Eglynas's Irmantas Garbužas was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With a little luck, Eglynas's Irmantas Garbužas got control of the ball when Tomas Berganza tried to sneak it across the goal line. Tomas Berganza recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 14th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Abraham Alguacil could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 17th minute of the match, but Irmantas Garbužas made a huge save. Abraham Alguacil sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 30th minute, Alex Cambeiro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 31st minute, Tomas Berganza hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Doğan Akbudun had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Marcos Cotilla made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Skirmantas Balinskas in the 34th minute of play. Abraham Alguacil received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Irmantas Garbužas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Abraham Alguacil struck a weak shot in the 37th minute. Irmantas Garbužas didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Panama. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomas Berganza in the 44th minute of play forced Eglynas's goalkeeper Irmantas Garbužas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Tomas Berganza made a kick off. Irmantas Garbužas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomas Berganza in the 51st minute of the match. Irmantas Garbužas came out of the goal in the 54th minute to try and stop a shot by Panama's Abraham Alguacil. But to his dismay, Abraham Alguacil quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. After 58 played minutes Eglynas got a freekick which was hit by Irmantas Bakaitis. In the 60th minute, Tomas Berganza made a precise shot to the right of Irmantas Garbužas. Eglynas's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. Skirmantas Balinskas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Marcos Cotilla tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Eglynas's zone, Tomas Berganza stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Irmantas Garbužas came out of the goal and Tomas Berganza tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of Panama booed when Eglynas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Miglius Masalskis didn't get a good kick on the ball. 78 minutes into the game, Tomas Berganza cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Irmantas Garbužas was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Isidoro Sarmiento fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Irmantas Garbužas having to interfere. In the 88th minute, Isidoro Sarmiento left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Panama fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. After a rather tough play, Panama's Miguel Miralles got a free kick in the 95th minute. Panama's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
